These “Terms and Conditions” constitute a binding agreement between you and “Inosan Bioscience and Research Georgia” LLC (S/C: 406359836), hereinafter referred to as “Drinkwise”, and govern your use of the www.drinkwise.ge website.

Please read the terms of the agreement carefully before using our services.

General Conditions

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that:

  • You are an adult, capable person who has reached the age of 18 or a person who has reached the age of 16, and you have permission from the relevant person to conclude a contract, receive services through the website and make relevant payments;
  • You will provide valid, complete and accurate information on all orders placed by you in our online store;
  • You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes;
  • You will not impersonate another user or use another’s personal data;
  • You will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or use the Service or any part thereof without our written consent. The same rule applies to accessing our services and interacting with the website through which our services are provided to you;

In the event that any information provided by you is incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, we have the right to temporarily or completely cancel your personal account on our platform and refuse to use our services, whether it is current or in the future.

Registration

Our products can be purchased remotely through our website or over the phone with the help of an operator. The order can be placed with or without creating a personal account. In order to use certain services, you may be required to provide information about yourself, such as identification or contact details, when purchasing products. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account password. You are responsible for all actions taken using your personal account.

Receiving Order

By completing the purchase process on our website, you agree to pay the cost of the purchased products.

If the delivery address is incorrect or inaccurate, the order may be canceled. In order to place and process your order, you may need to provide additional information. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order or to cancel an order for any reason, including: limited quantities of products available for sale, inaccuracies or errors in the product or its price, or a problem detected in the prevention of misuse of a customer account and attempted fraud. In the event that your order is canceled after the amount has been deducted from the account, the amount paid will be returned to the same bank account (card) from which the payment was made.

Products And Services

We strive to accurately represent the colors, features, specifications and details of the products featured in our online store. However, we do not guarantee that you will not encounter any inaccuracies in the description, color or other details of any product. If the product you ordered does not match the description, it can be returned unopened. In addition, the image on your computer screen may not reflect the actual color of the product. We cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display the details of our products and services.

We reserve the right to restrict the sale of our products or the provision of services to any person based on geographies or jurisdictions. This right is used on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any products or services we offer. Product descriptions or prices may change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. Products may not be available to everyone. We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale at any time.

Payment Methods

The following online payment methods are available in Drinkwise online store: payment by Visa and Mastercard cards..

You can also use the on-the-spot cash payment method – order the products online and pay the corresponding price when you receive them through the courier.

Order Delivery

All costs related to the delivery of products purchased in our online store are borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified by us on the website.

The order will be delivered according to the following schedule:

  • Fast delivery in Tbilisi – orders received before 13:30 will be delivered the same day at 19:00.
  • Standard delivery to Tbilisi – orders received before 18:00 will be delivered the next day until 19:00.
  • Standard delivery to regions – 2 working days (delivery outside Tbilisi is not carried out to all addresses, please see our coverage area).

Rules For Returning, Exchanging And Refunding Products

Products purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order, except for specific exceptions listed below.

Products can be returned/exchanged if:

  • the product does not correspond to the order/or the specifications posted on the website;
  • the product is damaged during transportation;
  • The agreed delivery time was violated by Drinkwise;
  • The product has a factory defect;

Our online store will return the sold product only if it has not been opened and is in its original factory condition. Otherwise, the item is not subject to return or exchange, and therefore, the amount paid will not be returned. In such a case, please contact our customer service team at Info@drinkwise.ge to determine the circumstances.

If you wish to return or exchange the product, please contact our information center in advance at the number: +995 591 988 303 or write to us at the e-mail indicated above. It may be necessary to upload a photo of the product to be returned and send it to drinkwise email address.

When returning or exchanging a product, the product must be accompanied by all accompanying parts and documents (for example, a bill of lading) provided at the time of purchase. With the item to be returned, the customer must enclose a completed return form, which can be downloaded from the Drinkwise website, from your customer account. The return form includes information about the customer, the order number, the name of the product to be returned and/or the desired product, and the reason for the return. 

All items will be inspected upon return. If the product returned to us is unfit for sale or its packaging is damaged. Drinkwise reserves the right not to refund or exchange the product.

If visual changes are observed on the product and its packaging to be returned by the customer, Drinkwise reserves the right to suspend the product return process until the investigation and diagnostic work is completed, which may take up to 10 working days. Based on the results of the investigation and diagnosis, Drinkwise has the right to continue or terminate the process of returning or replacing the products.

The return (transportation) of the product is provided by Drinkwise company, its own and/or transport service subcontractor through a legal or natural person, no later than 14 working days after the request.

Until the product is returned to us, full responsibility for the returned item rests with the customer. Therefore, it is important that you pack the product properly so that it is not damaged during transportation.

When returning or exchanging a product by the user, the cost of transportation is covered by Drinkwise company, if:

  • the product does not correspond to the order/or the specifications posted on the website;
  • the product is damaged during transportation;
  • The agreed delivery time was violated by Drinkwise;
  • The product has a factory defect;

In all other cases, the cost of the transportation service is covered by the customer.

In case of returning the products, the customer will be reimbursed only for the cost of the purchased products. The mentioned amount will be returned no later than 14 calendar days after the termination of the contract by the user. However, based on the legislation, the company is entitled to refund the amount paid for the returned product to the customer only after receiving the product.

Refunds will be made through the same payment method used to purchase said products, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. Refunds will be processed after the item has been inspected. How the refund is credited to your bank account depends on your bank.

In case you have not received the amount returned by us, please contact your bank first to check.
Please note that products purchased within the scope of the discount are not eligible for refund.
Also, please note that the option to terminate the contract does not apply to our services. In particular, only our products are eligible for return and not the costs of courier or other services incurred (including our gift wrapping service).

Personal Information

By entering our website www.drinkwise.ge and placing an order in the online store, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information. The personal information we collect and process is used to provide and improve our services. We will not use or transfer the information we receive about you to any other party except in the exceptional cases listed below.

What Kind Of Information Do We Collect?

Such obligations may arise from statutory, consumer protection and other relevant legislation. Drinkwise is obligated to provide you with the mentioned information upon your request. We have the right to use personal data only if we have a specific contractual and/or legal basis for this.

Drinkwise has a lawful basis for using your information, which includes a business-related and/or commercial purpose. It is important that in this case, the processing of information by Mansi is not aimed at harming your interests.

DrinkWise reserves the right to send you text messages about future discounts and news to the number you provided.
