Overview
Products purchased on our website can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order, except for specific exceptions listed below.
Products can be returned/exchanged if:
- the product does not correspond to the order or the specifications posted on the website;
- the product is damaged during transportation;
- the agreed delivery time was violated by Inosan Bioscience and Research Georgia, LLC;
- the product has a factory defect.
Our online store will take back the sold product only if it is unopened and is in its original factory condition. Otherwise, the item is not subject to return or exchange, and therefore, the amount paid will not be returned. In such a case, please contact our customer service team at support@drinkwise.ge to determine the circumstances.
If you wish to return or exchange the product, please contact our information center in advance at the number: +995 591 988 303 or write to us at the e-mail indicated above. It may be necessary to upload a photo of the product to be returned and send it to support@drinkwise.ge
When returning or exchanging a product, please ensure that you include all accompanying parts and documents provided at the time of purchase, such as a bill of lading. Additionally, please enclose a completed return form, which can be downloaded from the Drinkwise website through your customer account. The return form should contain information about the customer, the order number, the product name, and the reason for the return or exchange.
All items will be inspected upon return. If the product returned to us is unsuitable for resale or if its packaging is damaged (e.g., the packaging on the perfume box is not intact), Inosan Bioscience and Research Georgia reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
If any visible changes are noticed on the product or its packaging that is being returned by the customer, Inosan Bioscience and Research Georgia reserves the right to suspend the product return process until an investigation and diagnostic work are completed, which may take up to 10 working days. Based on the results of the investigation and diagnosis, Inosan Bioscience and Research has the right to either proceed with or terminate the process of returning or replacing the products.
The return (transportation) of the product is provided by Drinkwise company or its transportation service subcontractor, through a legal or natural person, no later than 14 working days after the request.
Until the product is returned to us, the full responsibility for the returned item rests with the customer. Therefore, it is essential that you pack the product appropriately to avoid damage during transportation.
When returning or exchanging a product, the cost of transportation is covered by Inosan Bioscience and Research Georgia if:
- The product does not correspond to the order or the specifications posted on the website;
- The product is damaged during transportation;
- The agreed delivery time was violated by Inosan Bioscience and Research Georgia, LLC;
- The product has a factory defect.
In all other cases, the cost of transportation service is covered by the customer. In case of returning products, the customer will be reimbursed only for the cost of the purchased products. The mentioned amount will be returned no later than 14 calendar days after the user terminates the contract. However, based on legislation, the company can only refund the amount paid for the returned product to the customer after receiving the product. Refunds will be made through the same payment method used to purchase the products, unless otherwise agreed between the parties. Refunds will be processed after the item has been inspected. The reflected amount of the returned product on the bank account depends on the bank. If you have not received the refunded amount from us, please contact your bank first to check and verify.
Please note that products purchased with a discount are not eligible for a refund.
Also, please note that the option to terminate the contract does not apply to our services. Specifically, only our products are eligible for a return, and not the costs of courier or other services incurred (including our gift wrapping service).
